  • How long are the tickets valid?

    Online tickets are valid for 1 year starting from the date of purchase.

  • As a museum card holder, can I order a ticket online?

    No, museum card holders cannot order e-tickets. The Museum card is valid with a € 3.00 surcharge. You must have the Museum Card scanned at our counter where you also pay the surcharge. This means that you cannot pay the surcharge online in advance.

  • Do I have to print the tickets or can I scan them with my smartphone?

    You can scan the tickets at the entrance gates with your smartphone or tablet, but you can also print them at home.

  • I did not receive any tickets. What do I do?

    You will normally receive your e-ticket, by email, within a few minutes of purchase. If you still have not received a ticket within an hour of purchase, first check the spam box of your email program. E-tickets are sometimes seen as spam. If the ticket has not arrived there either, please contact info@museummore.nl before you travel to the museum. It is not possible for our employees to check on arrival whether you have an e-ticket or to print this ticket for you.

  • Can I get my money back?

    No, purchased tickets cannot be refunded and / or exchanged.

  • Is a Museum Card valid?

    At both Museum MORE in Gorssel and Ruurlo Castle, the Museum Card is valid and available at the box office. Do you have any questions about the Museum Card or have you lost it? Then contact the customer service of the Museum Card (0900-4040910). Only the actual Museum Card gives you access to the museum: a photo or copy is not accepted.

  • Is the BankGiro Loterij VIP card valid?

    The BankGiro Loterij VIP card is valid at both Museum MORE in Gorssel and Ruurlo Castle. Do you have any questions about the VIP card or have you lost it? Then contact the customer service for the BankGiro Loterij VIP card (088 - 020 1030).

  • Is the Rembrandt card valid?

    No, the Rembrandt card does not grant access to Museum MORE. The Museum card and the BankGiro Loterij VIP card are valid.

  • Can I pay for a tour online?

    No, you can pay for a tour at the counter in the museum and on request through our website.
